LUX residential building completed at Strijp-S

Rockfield Real Estate has delivered residential building “LUX” in collaboration with Spoorzone BV and contractor Stam en de Koning Bouw. A high-quality complex with 199 affordable rental homes intended for the DULV fund managed by Rockfield Investment Management.



Spoorzone BV and Rockfield Real Estate concluded an agreement in the past for the purchase of LUX; a special residential building designed by KENK architects in the Strijp-S rail zone area in Eindhoven.


The imposing residential building has 18 floors and consists of: 199 rental apartments, a commercial space, roof terraces and an inner garden. The apartments are designed as ready-to-move-in houses with a variety of 2-room apartments, studios and also a number of "Friends apartments".


The 199 rented apartments are managed by The Cohesion, Rockfield's co-living concept. Eindhoven is therefore richer in a lively co-living concept and will contribute to the ambitions to make Strijp-S an even more dynamic district. The community of The Cohesion LUX has already become acquainted and is preparing to move in this week.

VolkerWessels has been involved in the former Philips industrial estate Strijp-S since 2002 and SDK Vastgoed acts as delegated area developer on behalf of Spoorzone BV.
