Dutch Student and Young Professional Housing Fund (DSYPH)
DSYPH was founded in 2015 by Rockfield. In addition to being a co-investor in this fund, Rockfield is financed by like-minded institutional investors.
The fund's target is new construction of student and Young Professional assets. DSYPH has a total of 6 assets in its portfolio. investing with Wouter van den Eijnden
AIFM of the DSYPH fund is Ocorion from Luxembourg. The CSSF supervises the professionals and products of the Luxembourg financial sector including DSYPH.
Dutch Urban Living Venture (DULV)
DULV was founded in 2017 and has 7 new-build turnkey products that have since been delivered or are under construction. These investments are mainly aimed at affordable rent and co-living. The start of the fund started with 5 large institutional investors.
AIFM of the DULV fund is Ocorion from Luxembourg. The CSSF supervises the professionals and products of the Luxembourg financial sector including DULV.
Seperate accounts
We acquire projects for various separate Dutch and International accounts. It is attractive for many of our customers to work with us, because Rockfield has exclusive access to a vertically integrated platform with attractive housing concepts and property management. Our acquisitions are carried out very carefully and discreetly by a professional team of acquisitors and investment analysts.
